  • Margaret helped to create the Interfaith Call for 350. It was publicly released on Sunday, May 17, 2009 at the Cathedral Church of St. John the Divine in New York City, in a ceremony involving the Episcopal Bishop of New York, Mark Sisk; Bill McKibben; and other people of faith. Help us come together across our beliefs, worldwide, to act to sustain this blessing of life on earth by adding your voice to the call today.

  • Margaret was one of the authors of "A Call to Action from the House of Bishops of Province VIII," which challenges Episcopalians to adopt the Genesis Covenant, to reduce their carbon footprint, and to work toward stabilizing the climate.

  • On April 24, 2009, Margaret was a featured speaker, and led two workshops during Ministry for Earth Community, a one-day conference at Harvard Divinity School.
